Hey Yolanda … I must say this last speaker was the best I have heard in a long time. He definitely shared some great negotiating strategies. Too bad there wasn’t more time for him, he was very knowledgeable and prepared a great presentation! I hope MSMA continues to have the same caliber of quality speakers. The speaker, Rob Martinez, was excellent. I thought he was very interesting and had a great approach to reviewing negotiations from a supplier and customer perspective in making the results a win/win.
